That is an interesting engine and I will have to think on that one a while.
The engine now has a home.
I had an old kitchen cabinet that I mounted on the shop wall but hadn't decided what to put in it yet.
I cut out the center of the door and put in a piece of plexiglass. I still have room above for something else but it will have to be small.

Further research has produced this video.
I think an air model will have to be built first in order to work out the details but then an internal combustion engine may be able to be built.
I have downloaded the plans for a 3 Vee air model shown in Popular Mechanics July 1965 that look doable.
