What Would You Or Did You Do

Shoot it and see what happens, if it doesn't work fix it

42.9 H4350, 140 berger Hybrid 10-15 off the lands, that's the upper node, there will be another around 41.7. Problem with Creedmoor and high bc bullets like the 140 hybrid is they can be long if you are running box mag. Standard creed reamer is .199 fb and I went to the match fb of .170 and that helps a little but I still had to run Alpha type II mags in my chassis, as well as notch the feed ramp. I've since abandon the Creed and went to x47 for both of my comp rigs. No mag issues there with 140s.

The mag issue is why I went with the Creedmoor over the 260. Thanks for the load. I'll try it out. Get real good accuracy with Bergers in my 308. Can't wait to start shooting some groups to see how it does. No reason for it not to.

Well I'm going to start shooting some groups tomorrow. I've measured fired brass against new unfired brass and it's perfect. I don't have a borescope but from what I can tell it looks great. Just got my scope remounted. Put an EGW 20 MOA 1 pc. base on it. I'll post some pics of the gun and groups after I try it out. Just remember it's a work in progress.

And I didn't even have to use the monkey feet or chicken bones.

I shot 18 rounds and all 18 would fit in to 1 of those 1 inch squares. It's going to be hard to find a 'really' accurate load that it likes. May have to do load development at 200.

Well I finally got my Boyds stock installed. I think it looks pretty good. Going to see how accurate it is before I bed it. Don't know why my pics are always rotated.
