I recieved the wrong oil today for the second time in 3 days. Yep I ordered Non detergent compressor oil from Amazon and got Bar and Chain oil. Of course you must drive to UPS to return the wrong oil or be charged again for the replacement. So Tuesday I took the first gallon of Bar and chain oil to the UPS drop off store. Even though it was not my fault and Amazon was paying for shipping UPS charged me $3 to print the label . I wasn't happy about the $3 because it was not my mistake it was Amazons but WTF I paid it and drove back home. 14 miles. Got the replacement delivered today and yep it was another gallon of Bar and Chain OIL !!!!!!!!!!!!!. Did the usual thing of complaining online to Amazon. I got the old AI robo voice taking me round and round in a circle. Finally got a human after about 20 minutes on the phone. When I did get a human because they were obviously somewhere in the jungle of Zimbobway I could barely understand what they were saying. I was really frustrated and was on the verge of taking my frustrations out on the woman from Zimbobway! Finally we reached an agreement that goes like this. I take the 2nd gallon back to UPS give the person a Q-Code so I get a pass on the $3 print job and they will refund my money 5 days after receive it back from me. Damn why is it so ____ hard to buy simple non detergent oil? Not to mention it is extremely over priced. BTW I already have a gallon of bar and chain oil and a gallon of Way oil that is a lifetime supply for me. Anybody have a used straight jacket for sale. I'm almost ready for one .
