Make or buy - shop tooling, etc

It's true about making stuff to be able to make other stuff. I try starting with the slightly larger stuff so as it turns into scrap I can use it to make the next smaller stuff. I also have a melt furnace which turns stuff into stock and hides the not so successful projects. Only works for AL, CU & Brass alloys. Steel goes into the bucket for it's final trip.
