Anyone deal with Discount Machine Shop?

I saw on another forum that someone claimed they had paid but not received merchandise.

Has anyone had any dealings with these guys? Just curious what your experiences were, if any.

Discount Machine Shop and Shars.com are one in the same. Discount Machine is just thier Ebay name. I have ordered from Shars and Discount Machine and each order has been shipped in a timely manner. I actually was able to stop by the Shars warehouse in St Charles, IL and pick up a few things a few weeks ago. They dont have a show room but they do aloow people to pick up items at thier warehouse. The lady that took care of me was very nice and let me thumb through a Shars catalog to get the item numbers for the things I needed and a couple I didnt .... They let me inspect everything and a few munutes later after paying i was on my way.

I do whish I had found out that CDCO tools was in Schamburg, IL as I would have inquired about stopping in there on the same trip through the area and picked up one of thier QCTP's, oh well maybe on the next trip when I head that way next time.

I have bought from Discount Machine Shop in the past. They were a little slower than I would have liked, but I eventually got my stuff. Everyone makes a mistake now and then, but I would buy from them again.
