I use amazon a lot.
Like a real lot. I have been burned on some returns but it is unusual. However, I buy a lot of sardines, I get an autoship of about a case a month usually.
For whatever reason they simply cannot figure out how to ship a case of sardines without damaging the cans and often causing leaks.
I ***** to their CS department and they send me a new case free. They dont want returns on things like these so all of the undamaged cans get washed and checked for leaks and I eat them.
Probably got $100 worth of free sardines in the last year alone.
So I cant complain about returns really.
We get Lipton Chicken Noodle Soup every 6 weeks: the flaps on the cheap boxes that Lipton uses aren’t glued well and pop open: after about a year I finally convinced Amazon to ship the Lipton box inside an Amazon box. Now if I could just get the drivers from walking across my lawn and through the flower beds.
