Just came back from a local auction of a HUGE warehouse full of stuff!!! Mostly woodworking but there was a lot of good stuff.
So much stuff that they were selling by the table or shelf (then selling the table or shelf afterwards!:grin:)

I couldn’t pass up some deals on machine shafting and what I assume are some kind of bushings???
$20 for the shelf.
Ive now got more assorted norton wheels than I know what to do with. A number of different cup styles and some diamond as well!!! $25 for the shelf!

My body is very upset with me for carrying all that stuff to the truck. The shafting is like 40-50lbs each!

I think some bushings might be going up for sale as steel stock soon!!! :p

Was watching the last video on the Die Filer that Blondihacks is building... and she mentioned Falcon Tool Company not continuing to carry the files once they run out of current inventory... So went ahead and ordered one of each style (some in two cut sizes)...

That shafting is great stock to have on hand. Hardened? That's OK, you can anneal it. Not sure about all the bushings.

Ok, good on you for taking precautions: I myself have been known to make advance purchases for upcoming projects. However, you didn’t buy sufficient stock to help the rest of us!

I looked at some YT videos after that was suggested. Thanks Inferno.
All of the small shapers I'm familiar with had a hole in the side opposite of the belt drive for adjusting the stroke.
This one does not.
Both machines will go to the auction house on Tuesday unless someone wants to intervene.

Mill Lee farm did they have a bunch of pedestal grinders and a bunch of old school manuals for machinery??
