I bid on a few D1-6 backing plates for the lathe. Came home with them, plus this monster 18" rotary table. It's overkill for sure, the mill is 9*42"

I had sort of on and off been looking at 10-12" rotary tables. 18" didn't sink in until I saw it in person. It's staying in the truck bed this evening, I'll get it out with the cherry picker tomorrow...

Friend told me about a sale Vevor had on a 10HP VfD. He had bought one, and it worked for him, so I decided to try one out. I hope it will run my big K&T 4 H mill.

I also added a drill bit organizer set of drawers. I’ll probably regret it, cause then I will want to get more organizers like this.

Decided to drop on one of these SCBCR tools. Fed up of wasting inserts that still had two good cutting edges, yet no tool I could use them on.

Should give me extra value from the CCMT06/CCGT06 inserts I have by giving FOUR useful cutting edges vs the normal two I have been using, since this tool uses the edges that would otherwise never get used.

You have the one on the right, you need the one on the left. I have both, the one on the right I rarely, the one on the left I use all the time for facing.
