Not that I could find, but buy & modify the index and buy the individual bits from McM-C and you’ve got a set for around $200.

Grainger has Huot Metric Jobber length index for $24, and individual stubby metric bits as well (must buy 12 of each, though: you could go into business making & selling sets!).
