There does come a time when you may have a sufficient number. I have one set of Staretts that go from 1" to 3", a second set that goes from 1" to 6" and a third that goes from 1" to 12". In addition, I have a set of 1" to 4" Blackhawks I use in the field and an individual 1" Starrett at almost every machine.
