POTD- PROJECT OF THE DAY: What Did You Make In Your Shop Today?

While we're on the 'many uses for Borax' . . . I have used Boraxo while scrubbing the inside of aluminum alloy wheels to remove the common crud (disc brake and road grime, tar, etc.). I thought it worked pretty well and didn't seem to damage the factory surface coating.

Just some minor cleaning over the weekend, need to clear a path to the press and push the shaft out from the other side now.

20 lbs of cucumbers waiting to become fermented pickles got in the way of the shop work :encourage:

You and me both brother ! I'm making major progress believe it or not . I found out the Bridgeport actually had a table on it . Hadn't seen it in 2 years with all the junk piled on it .

There should be support group for horizontal accumulation malady. I helped you out by buying that chuck but it instantly found it's way onto a flat surface like it was home again!

I do get support to a point , but I have the need to go vertical which I started a while back . Hopefully I'll see the windows in the garage again one day . :p
I've been watching this show a long time... Not to be a debbie downer, but highly unlikely. If you ever clean that garage / house/ basement out then I must be in an alternate universe.
