PM940 home made tramming tool

Guys where do you oil the pm940 I found some time and cleaned most of the xy table but cannot find any oiling holes for the Y and Z

No Z oil ports. Wipe some oil on the ways under the head, lower all the way down, then wipe above.

I can not remember if Y has any, I know I did the same as Z at least once.

Cool, I think I will master this one as a DRO Is out of the question for a little bit. There are tricks you can use with the lathe and dial indicators, on a mill though a good DRO is a good thing to have.

There is an oiler in the front of the table and one in the back but the DRO scale covers it. I keep way oil in a pint jar and a clean brush in a plastic bag to avoid chip contamination and I brush oil on to the ways then cycle it back and forth, up and down to insure they are properly lubricated.
