Just a thought , a quote from Mari Tools FAQ website .

" Your carbide end mills are very nicely priced. Are your end mills made in the USA?"

" Yes. Our carbide end mills are made in the USA. We also make sure that the carbide rod is also made in the USA. We stock carbide end mills in a much higher volume than most tooling suppliers. So we are able to pass these savings down to the customer. Also because of our own internal manufacturing we are able to test our own cutting tools and supply more accurate speed and feed recommendations than most. "

Don't have any experience with any of the manufacturers , so can't say what is and isn't USA . The tools I have received from them have been 1st rate and less $$$ than the other name brands w/ the exception of the non-USA stuff .
