Use lifting straps under the ram on both ends of the ram. Pad them to avoid damaging the straps.

I grab it under the ram with a fork lift with 2x4s for protection. With the stapes do the same. run the table and ram out to balance the load because the head is off as needed.

Just lift it like this, no need to remove the head and no chance of the straps slipping. I would prefer a lifting eye but this Kondia was not drilled for one.
