Hints and Tips

I have been led to believe that the type/style/brand of suspender is a significant consideration as some are very comfortable and others - well, not so much. Unfortunately, none of them are worth a darn at carrying a holster, so it's still a belt, or perhaps belt and suspenders for me.

They have suspenders with belt loops, that help to hold up your belt. Might be something to consider.

I'm thinking water piks can make a great little coolant delivery system. As is, it's too high pressure, but if you cut the tip and open it up it will lower the pressure. I saw someone on freecycle offering one up, and I would never use someone elses water pik, but I would consider utilizing it if I had the need.
I don't know that it will work, but if you have one and are going to throw it out, consider using it for your NO MIST coolant delivery. You'll need to play with the tips, and possibly melt it more open even after cutting the fine tip off.

I think you'd need to find a way to reduce the flow or you're going to have pretty close to flood cooling.

That said, as long as you use something "safe*" like simple green they are fantastic for cleaning out hard to reach grime that would take a decade with a brush and/or q-tips.

* probably a no-go for petroleum distillates.
