Help with Mill/drill

Usually you just need to change the connections at the motor end
Post a picture of your motor terminals when you can- I think you need 5 posts
This is the motor terminals and scymatic. It is wired for120v now. And what do you mean I need 5 posts?

I thought we had a 5 message rule for new members- maybe you got a reprieve :cupcake:

Anyhow, remove white wire from upper left Z2 terminal and insulate the wire with tape.
Then re-arrange the 2 brass straps to the "L" configuration (Z2, U2, V1 tied)
Leave the other 3 wires in place as they were before
The motor plate diagrams don't illustrate use with an external reversing switch- causes confusion

The motor plate diagrams don't illustrate use with an external reversing switch so it won't match exactly
So would I just leave the reversing switch as it is?

Yep, just connect 220 volts instead of 110 and go
Make sure you have a good ground connection to the motor case- especially important for 220

No sweat- if the switch handle is opposite the motor direction then remove the wire from Z1 and connect the one you taped instead.
Re-tape the removed wire.
