Ah, OK that's more like it- if there's an online link to the manual post that too if you can
The only online manual I could find is a different model all together. So that’s of no help. I have the manual at the house I can take pictures. There’s also a few videos on YouTube that goes over setup and that’s where they tell you that it’s got to be wired a certain way to have the tapping and reverse capabilities. Thought I saw it in the manual but it was a video. Let me see if I can link to it

A steaming pile of... chow mein, eh? LOL
OK that's a serious set of contactors- I'll have to cogitate on it for a bit.
How is the tapping feature supposed to work? Is it semi-automated in some way? Maybe you could describe how it's supposed to work
and that would help with electrical end of things

What I'm wondering is if it is supposed to automatically go into reverse when you let go of the downfeed handle? Or not?
Or do you still need to select reverse pushbutton each time?
The diagram looks very similar to a lathe. Is this single phase 220 volts?

Let's go back to your first post.
1) how was the motor wired when you got it.
2) How is it wired now? (same or different?)
3) What is it not doing? Is it not reversing?

Have not wired the motor back up yet. Had it apart to fix a few things. From what I can gather, it’s supposed to automatically reverse based on input from this micro switch that’s mounted in the front of the head. Here’s a few more pics
