Hardinge HC Automatic Threader install

Well I finally found a automatic threader for my Hardinge HC for a reasonable price. When I received it it was like opening a time capsule. All the manuals were there, 4 lead screws and followers, set up guages and even had all the original hardware. Here are some shots of the unit as delivered.

After blocking up the lathe and busting out the engine crane. Got the install started.
