I received the box yesterday. Plan on going through it after dinner. Ive contacted truckmannorth. I’ll update later tonight.

Was able to get to the post office today had alittle mishap. I label the box then tried getting the box inside the box. Idk if it’s that swollen but it was hard. Ended up mangling the cardboard box so I had to go in get another box and try again. It appears the end that has the hex key taped to is a hair smaller than the opposite side. So start with that side first. I eventually got it all together and sent out. ETA should be Monday it says outbound weight is 40*. Here’s my take

There is a sizeable tolerance on the inside dimensions of the Flat Rate boxes. Some fit just fine and some are really tight.

Perhaps you could speak to the USPS and get them to tighten their tolerances.

I agree but there is definately a bulge to the box. It seemed sealing one side was not the way to do it. I left both sides open and it slid in. Needs that air escape.
