Rescuing an abandoned Diesel 12 valve in Europe

Please tell you that you will not let your brother anywhere near this car once it is finished... pleaseeeeeeeeee...

Last few days i've been washing every piece of the interior. Started with the plastics and continued with the seats, two of the seats need a bit more cleaning but they are good enough to start. Also i did some repairs on the door panels the material is separating, and i really don't want to recover them. So a bit of glue and i'll run them like they are. Now the seats have to dry thankfully the temperature is close to 40 degrees celsius so it won't take long.

With the temps at 40 degrees centigrade, the seats dry in a day. So one by one i installed them, then i moved on to the door frames. They need a black vinyl on the pillars to make the glass look continues. I bought 0.5 metre and glue it too all 6 pillars, then install the trim hooks, i'll have to assemble everything in order to avoid having to take staff apart 2-3 times, then install the trim hooks, i'll have to assemble everything in order to avoid having to take staff apart 2-3 times. I've done one upgrade, this car has seat heaters but no switches to turn them on, the parts car has the switches, so i used the central console and switches from it.

What a transformation.

With the seats installed i can start to diagnose the airbags, the light was blinking since i own it. I connected the Lexia 3 diagnostic wich i had to install on my PC and is not supported on windows 10. And come out with couple of codes most serious of which is the track behind the steering wheel. So i grabbed the spare one from the parts car connected it and the code went away and the light turn off. So i took off the steering wheel, washed it and replace the track. Put it back together, scan it no codes and proceed to make an improvement. The steering wheel got a leather cover sewed on by hand. With the seats in i can work much more comfortably on the interior trim and i put together lot of the little trim pieces and adjust the stereo, sounds good, i'll keep my eye open for an spare tire subwoofer.

Last few days i couldn't post on this thread, but in that time this car got assembled. The side windows got installed all the trim around them, then the interior door panels, i had to do the drivers one twice because i forgot the insolation first time around. then come the front end, i had to do a lot of polishing on the headlights to get them looking bright, also the fog lamps got glue on their mounts and one needed a bit of paint on the inside, if i can found a new i'll replace it. Then come installing the black trim, the grill went in no problems but the side piece needs lots of pushing. After installing them i drove it to the small garage for a wash. There you can see it in good company around all other peugeot's.
