Rescuing an abandoned Diesel 12 valve in Europe

I'm happy to say it drives as good as it looks, i still haven't driven it on a highway only around my neighborhood i still need to register it. One thing i'm now thinking it still has more than 1/4 tank of 14 year old fuel in it and it may show that when it gets tested for emissions. It drives fine has plenty of power, on visible smoke it should be fine.

oooh! I always wanted one of those when I was younger, I loved the Peugeot wagons

Today i drove this car to the inspection station it pass, but at the last counter i've got a copy of a document from the previous owner an they want the original so no go. I'll have to track down the previous owner and get the original document. In the meanwhile I test fit the 17" wheels but the offset is very different, i know this and plan to run wheel spacers. Now i have to measure them, i have couple of old 24mm spacers that i fit and managed to get some measurements, i'll have to run 2 different sizes, 18mm in the front and 25mm in the back and i must fit wider tires. The rims are 7,5J and tires are 205mm, so they look like toy wheels.

Fastest full-strip restoration ever! Looks a lot better than it did sitting in the dirt by the road.
If you click the link below you can still see it in google street view. i'm not sure how often it updates its pictures but now there is just a hole.
