Really he has.

I couldn't understand your explanation of the design of your tool holder. I think there are some misspellings at important places.A few years back, I actually made one from unequal angle iron at work. Drilled the holes to the sizes needed, cut the ends to include fold down fillets and brazed them. Only took about an hour and a half or so. Lasted until I left that job and sold the holder to one of my old colleagues. Probably still as good as the day it was made if it is still about.
Holes for the Standard (flat blade) screwdrivers had the shaft diameter hole, plus smaller holes drilled either side, then the wall between the filed out to allow the blade to pass through.
Which reminds me........... I need some unequal angle for a reprise of that idea for my Tailstock tooling, plus a drill press. Time to go window shopping until payday!
unfortunately when you are on the cell phone you don't see where people are from.Kinda missed the point. Canada is a different proposition to being across the pond.

Which "ends"? What are "fold down fillets". Folded where? Brazed to what?
"holes drilled either side, then the wall between the filed out" . . . What ??? . . . Oh! Do you mean a slot to pass the slot driver end of the blade? With the slot bisected by hole to pass the screwdriver shank? So you had to orient the screwdriver tip to the slot to install or remove the tool?
Regardless, I'd love to see a picture (worth 1000 words) of the reprise, if it materializes.
I have a couple of these:I'll search for an alternative solution and return this if I find one. The problem with most of the wall mount tool holders like this, is that they can't accommodate screwdrivers with large diameter shafts.
On the second thought, there is always the option to 3D print a custom one. I'll look into that too.
I saw that same type posted by a H-M member. IIRC, he attached it to magnetic strip.I have a couple of these:

Yes, I know it says “Wrench Organizer,” but works great for screwdrivers with 1/8” to 3/8” shafts and is rugged.
Do you think this would accommodate screwdrivers with a 1/2” shaft?I have a couple of these:
