What can I learn from this?

I won't add anything smarter than the previous ones: you need to add a clear inscription to the image: TABLET NOT INCLUDED IN DELIVERY.

Your only mistake: you didn't do this from the very beginning of the store's existence. This is, after all, normal practice in retail sales, and you would have saved yourself a lot of frustration.
This results - in my opinion - from a simple reason: every person subconsciously judges others by themselves because they know themselves best.
That is why wise people think that others are also wise; fools, on the other hand, think that others are no smarter than them.
For the same reason, thieves consider other people to be thieves (and when they leave the house, they lock the door with 5 locks), and honest people see others as honest as well (and when they leave, they usually don't lock the door at all).

You also judge others by yourself - and you assume that everyone is wise, honest, intelligent, not envious and sees and understands obvious things... And that is not the case, unfortunately.

PS: I bet Grandma Kasia sometimes said: Każdy ocenia innych według siebie :)

Best wishes, Pawel.

Good luck Yuriy. Like has been noted previously there is a percentage of the population that just doesn’t read and comprehend and another percentage who just are grouchy. Like Chaz I ignore the worst of reactions if it’s just 1%.

I would add words to the effect of tablet not included on the picture.
You might also grey out the tablet and leave your box in bright full color.

Before you change anything, you might consider doing a survey of past customers, asking if they thought the tablet was included when they made the purchase. I'll betcha 99.99% didn't.

I've bought two adapters from Yuriy over the last couple of years, one for iGaging ($99) and one for glass scales ($129) and in both cases it was crystal clear that there was no tablet included. There were screen shots of the TouchDRO app on the site but I don't think there were any physical tablets shown next to the adapters on the product pages and the price pretty much ruled out any question of there being a tablet included.

Despite this, in all honesty when I first saw the pages for the new TDA-4XX adapters I thought that Yuriy was bundling a tablet with them. This was both because there's a nice color-coordinated tablet in an armored case shown right next to the adapter and because the price is now high enough that it's plausible that it could for a package that includes a tablet.

Thank you for the ideas, gentlemen. Much appreciated.
As far as the poster on FB, I'm not too stressed out about the message itself - just wanted to make sure that I'm not missing some sort of important signal. I don't know what his motivation was, but if this is a way to trade bad review removal for a freebie, that doesn't work well on me. My ego is fragile, but not this fragile :big grin: ...

So, my takeaway is that it would be helpful to de-emphasize the tablet and somehow add clearer indication that it's not included. That I can do easily.

Regards
Yuriy

You could also add an option for an Android tablet upgrade (you would have to figure out the cost and margin you wanted to add) as part of the ordering options. That way everyone knows the cost with and without the tablet, so hopefully no further confusion.

Then Yuriy would spend most of his time teaching others to do se tablets and trying to fix Android issues with other people’s apps.

Oh hell no. Once you supply a tablet the onus is on you to provide support for it.
