Ladder thingy is a tapping fixture for making sure the scope mount holes in the receive are all in the center of the receiver and all line up.

Now that makes sense.

The black dealie and the MT3 arbor are for chamber reaming (manufacturer's info is stamped on the side).

Indicator rods for dialing in a barrel's bore axis to that of your lathe.

Also known as a range rod, for dialing the bore prior to chambering or for cutting a crown. The bushing on the end is available in increments of .0002'' to get the best fit in the bore.
