Trying to identify/locate a part

I am trying to locate this part for my 30 hp Kohler engine on my Dixon Grizzly Mower. I have bought it in the past but I can't find the part or the name of the part now. You can see it on the bottom right side of the picture. It is actually a little rubber cap that is a split cone shape. the one in the picture is bad. Seems with age they turn from soft rubber to gum. The function it to keep the filters inside the housing clean. Don't ask me how this little rubber thing does it but it does an excellent job. The engine will run fine without this but the filters will get pretty dirty without it. I have had this mower since 2008 and the filters still look like new I have new ones but have never put them in because this little device keeps them that clean. So does anyone know what the part is called and a possible source. Thanks in advance.
