Busted a lawn mower lever

Couldn't force myself to buy YELLOW plastic bonder for $8.49, it was that or black. The part itself was $8.40 when I picked it up today from the AG store.

I have some tubes of JBWeld that I will try. Or some superglue, depending on my mood. Both of which I have. If I recall correctly, if you sprinkle baking soda and sort of fillet it around the part, and add a drop, the superglue instantly cures and bonds to the exterior surfaces.

Installed the part on the lawn mower, and it is functional again, but I have yet to transfer the rubber pads. In typical, nickle and dime you to death fashion, the new part is lacking the decal, and rubber pads. Doesn't really matter to me, but it is annoying in a way. Those non functional bits more than double the cost, as even the right and left pad are priced differently. Weird as the right and left pads are just the mirror images of each other. Why is one double the cost of the other? Answer: because they can price it anyway they want.
