Steven,
So my "new" S2 came in today, and TouchDRO works on it as expected. No issues, no crashes.
This is what the tablet has:

I think this is the same build/model/etc. that yours.

Dear Yuriy
There do seem to be a couple of differences: not sure whether they are significant. See photo.
I believe that you are still not receiving crash logs, even though my tablet is on line/has internet access. If there is a setting you need me to change, I am happy to do so.

Hi Steven,
I am not getting crash reports from your tablet. I don't know why.
I don't think the differences are big enough to matter.
The next step would be to do a full factory reset of the tablet. There could be something custom that is messing with TouchDRO. I don't see any crashes for this version (and it's unlikely that Google's "Crashes and ANR" reporting is that broken), so it must be something unique to your tablet. I.e. out of 700-something people with this version, someone would have contacted me if they had similar issues.

Yuriy

Dear Yuriy, I bit the bullet and did a factory reset as suggested. Good news is that I am back on line, and have the app working again.
Bad news is I had to set everything up from scratch again, but worth it to get TouchDRO operational again.
Thank you for your help. This is why I like your app/project so much. Keep up the good work

Good news!

This brings a question to mind: @ycroosh , if the tablet is backed up would the app settings be saved?

Sorry bout this.
Given that reinstalling the app fixed the crash, I'm 99% sure that it was a data migration problem.
You should not have to re-install the app after the upgrade, so this is my miss. I try to test the releases as thoroughly as I can, but upgrades are always tricky, since there are too many permutations that I would need to simulate.
It's possible that your database was in a "weird" state, and the upgrade failed because of this. Worst case, I am about to have a REALLY exciting weekend looking for an edge case bug :(
If Google sees it fit to capture the crash report, I will be able to figure out where to look for trouble at least :(

Thank you
Yuriy
Yuriy,

I gave up and uninstalled and re loaded from Google play. It's working again. The only thing Im disappointed about is I lost all the work spaced and tool list.
I was hoping there was a to find the files touch draw uses to get them back. That should be something to think about for the future. It would be a good idea for this situation, broken tablets, and multiple users using different tablets but want to share the files.

Love the app.....I guess I need to be more diligent about getting the workspaces of onto paper.

Bye the Bye....Im listed as beta user but....when I went to google play I was only able to get the November 21 version??!!

If there is a work around for the lost data please let use know how to recover.

Thanks

Gus
