Well... actually, being from the south, I prefer country ham with red-eye gravy... but bacon is a close second, and I haven't seen many country ham memes...

One of these days I'm going to try making red-eye gravy from bacon drippings and see how it turns out...

Spent Christmas break in Spain and ate tons of Jamón ibérico. Delicious. Hanging in most shops and not in black bags that i saw. Here's a shop i couldn't pass without stopping for a treat:

You aren't cooking them right. Don't make them too watery.

Growing up in Wisconsin I didn't encounter grits until I was in the Navy in A schools in Millington TN. I initially thought they were some sort of small furry animal. Then again I don't imagine the folks down south know much about cheese curds either. Mike
