Well... actually, being from the south, I prefer country ham with red-eye gravy... but bacon is a close second, and I haven't seen many country ham memes...

One of these days I'm going to try making red-eye gravy from bacon drippings and see how it turns out...

Try a BLT....with Prosciutto.....extra bacon and prosciutto........surprisingly goes well with beer.....duh.

Prosciutto, Serrano ham, Cantimpalo chorizo, olives, manchego cheese, Reggiano parmigiano cheese.... ohhhhh... love that stuff with some wine (or beer ) to wash it down...

Ha, I made Red Eye Gravy this morning, It's super easy, after frying the bacon or ham just pour off the excess grease and deglaze the pan with black coffee. Been making it for decades...

I like Country Ham too but the real ones are hard to find here up north...
