thoughts on making suppressor core?

Here is a monocore design that is simple. Been saving this idea to try later...

I agree with the suggestions on cones or "K" baffles. Easy to turn on the lathe. Work better for 9mm.

Here's one simple design. Just stuff several into a can that screws closed.

I've made a couple of Form 1 suppressors already using 60* cones for rifles. They work great, especially with the right 'clipping'.

The reason behind wanting a monocore is that I need to permanently attach it to a short barrel, to bring the barrel length up to at least 16" so I don't have to register it as an SBR. A monocore can be built and attached, and just a removable tube is used, remove the tube and clean the baffles.
