Two done ready to solder. Soft soldering will be more than adequate and easier. As you can see Charles, the original hubs were way too small. Only had a .125 bore, needed to be .3125 bore. to fit the shafts.
How it was done. I put a 1/2 endmill in the drill chuck in my tail stock. Bored it thru. I moved the endmill to the QCTP and centered it in the existing hole I bored. Then used only one lip of the tool to bore it to size. You won't ever see any machine I am using clean. I won't take the time to pretty a picture.
