Yes , I thought you may do woodworking. Some people have used them to cut alum. They cut chamfers easily. There's a lot of info in that post. WD 40 is your friend when cutting alum.
Assuming the material to the left is waste. Make a straight cut down the long red line, all the way across, then make the angle cut, then cut the short vertical cut.

OK, I understand now. In that case, could you just soften the angle a bit and just make it what ever minimum radius your blade will cut, working down from the top? It's either that or drill a series of small holes in the angle portion and cut that with a coping saw.
