Jet belt sander- motor gets way too hot, motor doesn't get hot... why?

I got some new Timken bearings and a capacitor. Cleaned and fixed the centrifugal switch. The motor fan is still on order, so I put it together. It'll be easy enough to get to it when the part comes in. It runs great now!
