Cutting oils - which produce lowest vapours-smoke

Anchor lube seems to be the best for no smoke.
For the first time my tap magic for Aluminum sent me out of the room the other day. It had never been that hot before, and I was running a 3/4 drill through a few inches of AL and it got noxious.

Bacon grease

Clear sulfurized cutting oil seems to bother me the least and works very well. I prefer dark cutting oil but I have good ventilation. I have gallons of it.

I really don't get Anchorlube at all. It sucks to apply and doesn't flow into the cut. When it is in the cut it doesn't do much.

I also was originally considering "Tap Magic eco-oil" . and also has a scary warning on the Front of the label about being Potentially "fatal" if swallowed. wondering how that's even possible for a foodgrade product right on the front of the bottle. thing about "tap magic eco-oil"is that it has a 600°F working temperature. the thing about that temperature, is does the smoking occur at that temperature, Or below?I don't know the answer to that. But it seems pretty high

I am leaning towards "anchor lube" as you say may be a bit thinned out. However the ingredients of this product are not revealed that all from what I can find,And seems to have a low working temperature.t.

I find proposition 65 warnings very difficult to make choices on. It's on Almost everything but does not talk about the severity/EExpected dosage which is important. I ignore it most of the time

It's on everything because no one wants to get fined for not having it. So it's become a joke. I have seen food with it on it, presumably because of the plastic packaging. It's another case of politicians being very short sighted, and over reacting, or not being specific enough.

Anchor lube is a good product. I have been buying from Stan at Bar Z because his price is good, better than most, and it helps support his channel.

Smoking it may not be an issue, it's probably what happens before and after that creates the problems.
