We have had a few tiny drills dissappear into the hinterlands as the back force from a 0.050 drill at 4000 rpm is not enough to tighten the chuck by itself.
Seems fine until you hit the off button, the decrease in spindle speed allows the shell to apply force due to flywheel effect, the drill starts to wobble then gone.
