At the very reasonable price of the full sized chuck G-ManBart linked, probably a better way to go. Loss of concentricity is a concern, but was under the belief that even then, only one flute will be cutting on a tail stock then again small diameter bits can and do flex
Pin vices are nice to have in general when getting down to small diameters.
Tool accessary buying is addicting I am finding, when people say budget at least 1/2 of the coin for tooling they are not joking.
