Here's what happened to the rest of the steering wheel. I bought it to go with my gray '54 truck (my avatar), but the shades of gray clashed. Still put it to good use, though:
Made a quick change quill stop for a Clausing 8520 - 8530.
Based on @mmcmdl recommendation to do a quick version.
So I may need to cut this down , there may be too much weight on the front. Or add a magnet to keep it where it is. I think vibration will knock it loose. I put a hole through it for grabbing it, and also to tether it so if it does fall, it's not a danger.
Maybe I should have made it out of Aluminum to avoid the weight.
