1/6th scale 1890's 30ft navy steam cutter (live steam)

did some mixing of powdered stains to get the four colors needed, went a little yellow as I will be using fairly clear topcoats,, the period spar varnish would have been amber.. eye is getting much better marked and drilled countersunk 0-80 holes in the hull insignias..

a little wood work,, an ash grate, that's a grate made from ash, would not work well as a boiler ash grate but will work great where it goes..

the decking around the boiler and engine was wrought iron "bumped" plates,, I will use brass with the bumps added and chemically blacked.. started on the forward largervplates.. they just need a bead blasting and to be blackend.. (added the front seats/lockers..
