Here as well!
Our little berg lays a sewer tax on residents based on water usage, so the more water you use, the higher the sewer tax.
Car washing, lawn & garden watering etc. really runs that charge sky high!!

My BIL put a well in to water the lawn and car.
I have all my own, septic and well so no big deal.
