FYI, the inventor of dynamite was Alfred Nobel (1867). He bequeathed his fortune to establish the Nobel prize, which still exists today.
Actually, Alfred Nobel, who invented dynamite died from having a stroke in his 60's. It was nitroglycerin that was invented by Ascanio Sobrero that was extremely dangerous. Sobrero apparently died a natural death in his 70's. Nobel made nitroglycerin safer to use and store.
