Ken ... what is they used to say, "Anybody who has any respect for either sausage or laws should never watch either of them being made." Actually, from everything I heard, that food plant (and I'm sure the vast majority of others) was a pretty sanitary place. I'm sure Ulma Doctor could chime in here, as he works with food processing equipment and has probably been to more food plants than I have hairs left on my head.
