I was going to take a guess this was the case earlier, but some guy at work says he's my boss and was pestering me.

Were way understaffed and I actually feel bad for management sometimes as well get pulled off of 6-8 jobs a day sometimes.

Other days were shifting around for something to do.

Conversation about me as told by my coworker:
Boss “So Davis doesn’t really like to work much does he?”
Coworker “he’ll do anything you ask. Have you told him to do anything?”
Boss “he’s a grown man. He ought to know what he should be doing!”

And that’s how I got a “lazy” on my annual evaluation.

Put a slight negative rake on the cutting edge and it will cut Ampco much more easily. Sounds counter productive, but it works.

Yep, worked that out. I had one endmill with a negative rake. Worked a hell of a lot better. Still a pita material for other reasons though.
