It fits over in that side with the other monster machines.
Something like 86" x 55" and about 7000 lbs. Of course Zeiss is metric (german?) so it is some nice round metric figure.
I evnetually need a good height gauge to go with it.
On the long term list of things to do once the crane is done is to get that surface plate, as well as the 24x36" in the office calibrated. That big one is going to take some work, I'm sure it'll cost some money. After which I'm planning on an EPS board cover. Then I have some thoughts about using it to do some work on the bed on the 10EE, along with moglice or turcite on the carriage. But work on the VMC comes first, as soon as the crane is done.
