Thanks. I recently learned of ZPS and was able to find 1 out of 4 replacement part (mentioned above) through ZPS.
My 2VG head just needed the spindle reseated and top nut tightened down. This was done when cleaning and changing all the oil in the head and ram as well as a bunch of other maintenance items including removing the head to replace a broken bolt. It's good to go now except needs the above mentioned parts for the quill feed which (besides making the quill feed work) also seal up the head from the slow leaking of oil from that part of the head.
By the way, after a little research I decided to use ISO68 Synthetic hydraulic fluid everywhere (head, ram, power feed gearbox, and even one shot oiler and ways. I understand I can thicken up the oil for the slideways usage by additives if needed.
