You want the the control transformer connected to pass through legs of the RPC and the generated leg only connected to the motor contactors. Looking at the schematic it looks like R and T are connected to the control transformer and S would be the generated leg. If the motor is not running in the correct direction then switch only the two pass through R and T wires. If the forward run control is opposite to the JOG forward direction I would check the contactors to see which one is activated KM1 appears to be the forward contactor, KM2 the reverse. The JOG and Forward should operate the same contactor. On some machines the lever of operation can be reversed.
