Looking for a manual for a rotary phase converter

Ok. It just wasn't clear to me where all the lines were getting protection from, now I see it. Output from the top of the fuses, input piggy backs the two native legs protected at the breaker?

Although I wonder what the L2 fuse is protecting
 
Here's an excellent paper on how an RPC works and to build one. They all work on the same theory so you might find it helpful.

Well got the 220v single in and a 220v 3 phase cords wired in. 3 phase out is a 3 for cable with a twist lock on it will plug in and test output tomorrow then wire up the lathe. Appreciate the help guys

Ok plugged it in flipped the main switch to on a d had to hit the magnetic switch so it didn't sound like it was making coffee... once magnetic button is pressed it runs smoothly. Getting 117v 120v and 190v is this normal?
 
Those numbers seem low. Are you taking the voltage readings to neutral or ground? You should be taking the readings between phases.
