Looking for a manual for a rotary phase converter

picked this up a while ago and am about ready to set it up, would anyone have a manual on this model, i want to be sure i hook everything up right

Have you checked to see if there is a wiring diagram on the inside of the cover?

If you post some good pictures of the internals (wiring in the box) there are enough people familiar with RPC's around here that we should be able to help you figure it out. RPC wiring is usually very straight forwards.

And there is a fused box/ switch that I'm pretty sure is the out side to the lathe

Is there a female 4 pole twist lock plug receptacle wired into the converter?
The input is single phase ,
generally denoted L1, and L2, and a ground wire

currently there is no plug wired onto the converter for input or output, i need to get a pic of the breaker box as well

Honestly I just noticed that sticker on inside of door. Does that mean I run the output to machine doubled up on the bottom of the fuse block?

Th input on this unit is L1 and L3 as indicated by the drawing,
The output appears to wire in to the bottom fuse wire terminal connectors
