Looking at this low cost cnc plasma table

This is why I'm considering the plasma table. Trying to judge the pricing of getting a table against potential sales. I figure the table will cost me enough to have 15 parts made. The part is very specific and only fits 3 years of cars. A major manufacturer did make them but they went out of business. The business has been bought by a different person but not sure how long it will be for them to start making this part. They have thousands of parts to get back into production and if it were me I'd go for the parts that were the best sellers and make the most profit first.

A member on here contacted me and offered to look at the part and give me a price on producing them. I'll have a few made and see how they sell.

You raise a good point about the mess which is one of the reasons I use my plasma cutter so infrequently.

I blame you for letting me know about arcdroid. It’s been in my mind since seeing it. I pulled the trigger on one Thursday. Hopefully it will be delivered on the 30th. Will let everyone know how I like it.

That's pretty nifty. I like how the use of encoders makes it possible to use like a 2d CMM. That is a very appealing feature, and makes it stand out as a different product than Langmuir. The tradeoff is work size and a bit of cost. I like seeing growth in this area marketed at hobbyists.

I love how their annoying site starts playing videos (that are near the bottom of the page) with loud audio that is just plasma burning sounds... Their web designer should be canned.
