I bought a used smithy and it came with lots of extras. I have several cemented carbide tools, but also have a set that uses carbide inserts, its made in china. I have been using them to play around with a little and they seem to work well for what I need. I have 4 extra inserts, I figure I will need to find some replacements eventually. The only thing I can find on the inserts are YC10. I tried to google search it but did not have any luck, all it pulled up was some china websites. The inserts are tirangle shaped with a hole in the middle and a screw holding it on, the hole is tapered and so is the hole in the insert.
Does anyone have a way to cross reference these tips? If you need me to take pictures and measurements I can.
Thanks!

I did a little googleing of inserts and a TCMT seems to look pretty close, but I am a complete NOOB when it comes to figuring out what all that stands for. There are SO many different types and shapes of inserts it makes my head spin. Not to mention all the different versions of the same inserts.

With my cheap calipers, the inserts measure .630 from tip to tip. They measure .167 thick. Not 100% sure of the screw size. A 10-32 is too big, and a 6-32 is too small. I dont have a 8-32 screw to test, but it could possiably be that, if not metric.
In the pic I tried to inclue the insert on a tool, one right side up, one upside down and one on its side, also one of the screws. The one on the tool is a little blurry cause my phone focused on the other ones.

Thanks for any help!

Since I have not gotten any replies here, I have tried doing some google searching. I think I have narrowed it down the the tips being TCMT.
I have found a set on grizzlys website that looks practically identical to the ones I have. They are 1/2in shank just like mine. Grizzly says they take TCMT 32.51 carbide inserts. Can anyone confirm? Does anyone have any TCMT 32.51 inserts they can measure and compre to the measurments I took of these inserts? Here are the ones on their site:

Still looking for help.
I'm guessing this is not a commonly used insert? I was hoping maybe someone had some they could compare my measurements to and let me know if they match. I really dont want to buy a pack of 10 inserts only to find they are different.

I have TPMT 32.52, which has a .032 radius instead of .015 which the TPMT 32.51 has. Measurements are .600 point to point, .157 thick, and hole diameter of .173. Hope this helps. Dan.
