How to tram junk

Nice score. The 645s are good machines. I had one myself until recently, when I upgraded to a Model 847. Mine was probably in worse shape than yours when I got it. Here’s the thread about getting mine cleaned up:

You’ve got the table power feed, which is nice. If you’re lucky, it has an R8 spindle taper. They also made them with B&S #7 tapers, for which tooling isn’t as plentiful these days, but I think you can still get new collet sets.

It has a b&s # 9 taper. It came with a set of collets and a couple different tools that hold small collets and large ones. Idk what they are called. Lol
 
Scrap the vise . The table doesn't look bad .

I'd pitch that vise AND the RT and focus on the bed FIRST!
You should be able to find a decent used KURT for not too much $$.

I used to haul a LOT of huge valves out of the Henry Pratt plant there in the 80's & 90's
They had some HUGE machine tools in that place!
